Acoustic Guitar Show set for September 2011
The venue and dates for a new Acoustic Guitar Show have been announced.
Organiser Oyster House has revealed the event will take place at the London Olympia on September 10th and 11th next year, reports MI-Pro.
In addition to the numerous acoustic guitars that will be on display, there will be clinics and workshops from professional musicians, along with live performances from international guest stars.
According to the organisers, the event will be perfect for gauging the qualities and subtleties of each acoustic instrument, something which can be difficult to do in the noisy atmosphere of a full guitar show.
"When it comes down to brass tacks the most important aspect of an acoustic guitar is its natural, unplugged sound," said a spokesman for the event.
The London Olympia will host a Bass Guitar Show next year as well, an event which has been arranged to take place on March 12th and 13th.
