Gear4music are soon to be stocking the Akai MPK Mini MK2 in white. This is a limited edition version of the Akai MPK Mini MK 2 and features an eye-catching white finish that makes for an appearance as vibrant as its sound. Featuring over 25 synth action mini keys, 8 back lit trigger pads and 8 assignable knobs to provide any producer with a comprehensively compact package that is used for controlling a range of parameters featured in your DAW.

Powered by USB and comparatively smaller sized to many of its counterparts the Akai MPK mini MK2 is perfectly adapted to a live/studio environment. Also ideal for use on the go, the Akai MPK Mini MK2 can be plugged in and played thanks its ability to not rely on software drivers or external power adapters. The keyboard features USB-MIDI and is able to be powered on through a swift USB connection to your Mac or PC. From here you can easily navigate between four memory banks to easily access a multitude of different sounds.

Including the software 'Hybrid 3'- a high definition synth that is capable of creating anything from fat and chunky leads to cutting modern leads. MPC Essentials, a groove/beat production and sample-triggering software lets you incorporate genuine MPC workflow into your DAW of choice and extends the power of the MPK mini by adding up to 8 banks and 4 samples/insert effects per pad. Able to run in standalone mode, the Akai MPK Mini is also able to operate seamlessly with a DAW.
