'An Audience with Steve Vai' announced for Guitar Nation 2010
A special event starring electric guitar legend Steve Vai is to take place at Guitar Nation 2010 next month.
'An Audience with Steve Vai' is to be held on November 14th during the conference at Kensington Olympia.
Fans will have 90 minutes in the company of the guitar player, with the question and answer session set to cover a wide range of topics, reports MI-Pro.
Among the things likely to be up for discussion is Vai's career and experience in the music industry, as well as how he goes about writing and playing music.
Vai first began to make his name in music in the early 1980s as a member of Frank Zappa's band.
He went on to release his first solo album, entitled Flex-Able, in 1984.
"For me, the real gravy is when I hear a strange or beautiful sound in my head and then make it real in the world using the devices I have as a musician," the electric guitar player has said previously.
