Bass guitar for Fender Pawn Shop

A bass guitar has popped up as part of Fender's Pawn Shop range.
Another Fender product.
Lovers of four-stringed playing are sure to be cheering the fact that a bass guitar has popped up as part of Fender's Pawn Shop range, which the company recently announced new models for.

Not only the headstocks but also the body on this potential beauty are in the "reverse" style.

Throw in a couple of knobs to sort out tone as well as volume and add a freshly formatted pickguard and you've helped to create this range's first foray into four-stringed fun. The name of the instrument? The Reverse Jaguar.

Three other guitar shaped music instruments have also been heralded by the makers behind the likes of the Artist and American lines.

"These stylish models offer bold personality, striking looks and daring tones," the company has claimed of its Pawn Shop premieres (the bass included).

There's the Offset Special: This partially hollow-bodied beast has some particularly quirky stylings, according to the company.

Meanwhile, bass has been optimised on the so-called Jaguarillo due to the angling of its pickups.

And fast fingers will no doubt enjoy a stroke on the rosewood flavoured fret board of the Mustang special, which is decorated in a trio of shades.

Published by JM.
