Beady Eye to go on tour with musical instruments
Beady Eye will be taking their instruments on tour in 2011 as they promote their debut release.
The band, which is fronted by former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher, will take in 12 dates throughout the UK and Ireland in April.
It will see the group promote their first album Different Gear, Still Speeding, which is due to come out in February.
Three of the four members of the group - Gallagher, electric guitar player Gem Archer and Andy Bell - were in Oasis from 1999 until the band's split in 2009.
The record has been produced by Steve Lillywhite and Roller is the third single to be released from it.
Channel 4 has also announced Beady Eye are being lined up to perform on a special edition of the Live From Abbey Road series.
Neil McCallum, head of T4 and music at Channel 4, said: "We're looking forward to broadcasting Beady Eye's eagerly-anticipated televised performance prior to the release of their brand new album."
The programme will be filmed at the famous studios in London where The Beatles made a number of their recordings during their career.
