Bob Dylan to star at Hop Farm Festival
Acoustic guitar legend Bob Dylan is set to headline the Hop Farm Festival in Kent this summer.
The two-day event is to take place on July 2nd and 3rd 2010 and will feature performances from Mumford and Sons, Laura Marling and Seasick Steve.
Pete Doherty, star of The Libertines and Babyshambles, will also play a solo slot at the festival.
Vince Power, the founder of the Hop Farm Festival, said that he hoped the third year of the event would prove to be "spectacular".
"Having Bob Dylan come out to do this exclusive performance, I think this year will be one to remember," he stated.
It stated that he started out using a Gibson J-50 in the 1950s and has since played G-200s and J-45s over the course of his career.Posted on 29 Mar 2010 16:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News
