Buffet Crampon Clarinets and Saxophones Now Available at Gear4music
The company Buffet goes all the way back in 1825, where Denis Buffet Auger set up his own workshop in the middle of Paris. Since then, Buffet (and later Buffet Crampon) have become a widely known manufacturer of clarinets as well as saxophones, oboes and bassoons. Winning numerous awards in World expositions in the late 19th Century, Buffet became an internationally respected brand.
During the 20th Century and with the inclusion of luthier Robert Carree, a number of top class instruments were introduced. The inclusion of the Buffet R13 and the Buffet RC set the standard for all professional clarinets, including the Buffet Crampon Boehm system and multi-cylindrical bore.
Buffet don't just produce clarinets. Alongside the clarinet range, we also have a range of Buffet Crampon Saxophones. The 100 and 400 Series of saxes offer premium quality to student and advancing musicians, who want the best instrument to guide them through a career in music performance.
