Casio Release New High End Keyboards
Leading keyboard and piano manufacturer Casio have announced the release of new high grade keyboards CTK-6000, CTK-7000 and WK-7500.
The new AHL sound chip is the heart of all three models, bringing a new level of sound quality to the Casio range.
The flagship WK-7500 has an extended 76-note keyboard, which together with the ?box? piano style keys (to be found on all three models) is perfect for more piano oriented players.
Not only do these instruments sound fantastic but they are also very pleasing on the eye, with a new sleek and modern case design.
The CTK-6000 has 670 high quality orchestral and synthesiser sounds, while the CTK-7000 and WK-7500 offer 800 voices, including 50 Drawbar Organ presets.
In addition to this the CTK-7000 and WK-7500 offer 9 pitches of three position flute sliders, which act in a very similar way to traditional organ drawbars.
There is second and third harmonic percussion plus slow / fast rotary effects available at the touch of a button.
If you like traditional organ sounds take a look at these new models, you will be very impressed!
The new rhythm and accompaniment section features hundreds of high quality and fully orchestrated backing styles.
Each style has introductions, fill-ins, variations and endings and covers all genres of music, from Pop through to Big Band and Latin American.
These styles set a new standard of performance possibilities for players of all levels.
The two top models also feature ?audio recording? where you can record external sources (such as a human voice) via the ?Inst. In? and/or ?Mic. In? terminals.
These recordings can be stored onto SD card or PC for future playback, and of course you can play along on the keyboard with these recordings.
With features such as a 16 track song sequencer, 32-channel mixer, tone editor and multiple digital effects these new models offer total flexibility and creative power to the most demanding player.
But the logical panel layout and easy operation system are perfect for the beginner player.
The CTK-6000 is available for £299.99, CTK-7000 for £399.99 and WK-7500 for £499.99.Posted on 15 Feb 2011 15:54 to category : Instruments News
