Clare Balding hits music radio

According to the BBC, Ms Balding is being passed the baton by Aled Jones on Good Morning Sunday, with her debut due to take place at the beginning of next year.
She said she was "look[ing] forward to sharing Sunday mornings with listeners who know their eggs from their onions, who enjoy music, conversation and sharing ideas".
It turns out that Ms Balding is a fan of Terry Wogan, having listed to the DJ in her youth. She also spoke of her pride at becoming a Radio 2 host.
As she explained, this will be the first time she has presented a radio programme of her own. Besides music instruments action, Good Morning Sunday includes talk about topical issues as well as interviews.
