DOD Unveil Reincarnations of Cult-Classic Pedals

New DOD Pedals
New DOD Pedals
DOD has lifted the lid on their latest two new pedals – the Meatbox Subsynth and the Gonkulator Ring Modulator.

The Gonkulator and the Meatbox were DOD’s cult-classic pedals from the 90s and now DOD have decided to reincorporate them into their current pedal line. The latest incarnations of the pedals also boast the respective circuit designs of these classics. The Meatbox Subsynth is a new take on the company’s cult-favourite Meatbox from the 90s. This new incarnation boasts a subharmonic synthesizer and low-end enhancers to provide plenty of bottom end in your tone.

This pedal can also cut frequencies for tone sculpting as an interactive EQ and even produce distortion depending on where the output level is set.

The Gonkulator Ring Modulator has all of the clangy, robotic sounds, of the infamous ‘90’s era original, but with a far more flexible, adjustable, carrier signal control. You can tune the ring modulation giving you the ability to go from slightly-skewed modulation to wildly, atonal chaos.

The Gonkulator is actually two effects in one! It has an aggressive distortion circuit to further mangle your guitar’s signal.

The respective pedals are true bypass and feature lighter aluminium casing.
