Dave Grohl to stay behind the drums
Dave Grohl has vowed to keep playing the drum kit in rock supergroup Them Crooked Vultures.
The Foo Fighters are currently on hiatus while the band members concentrate on other projects, such as Grohl's collaboration with Josh Homme and John Paul Jones.
Although he confirmed that the Foo Fighters will record and tour again at some point in the future, he insisted that Them Crooked Vultures will also stay together.
"Our other bands are awesome too," Grohl told BBC Radio 1.
"It's just a matter of trying to figure out how to do them all."
He added that Them Crooked Vultures is a "fun band" to be part of and that he does not want it to end.
Indeed, he said the trio would have no trouble making a long line of albums if they wanted to.
The band recently toured the UK, calling at places such as Birmingham and Edinburgh before wrapping up in London last week.Posted on 22 Dec 2009 14:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News
