Dream Cymbals Introduce Cymbal Recycling Scheme At Gear4music
Simply bring in your cracked, broken or damaged cymbals to our York store. There is no limit to the amount of broken cymbals that can be recycled! Those partaking in the scheme will receive 50p per inch of submitted cymbal* to go towards new Dream Cymbals. For example, a broken 20” cymbal will attract a £10 discount.
Dream say: "Dream Cymbals, the brand known for quality hand-made cymbals at extremely fair prices, are taking our social responsibility one step further. We believe we can make cymbals and contribute to the environment at the same time. Following on from great success in other continents, Dream are bringing their Cymbal Recycling Programme to the UK."
Submitted cymbals must be Bronze B20-B8 to qualify for the recycling scheme.
An example list includes: Anatolian, Bosphorus, Istanbul, Masterworks, Meinl (Byzance ONLY), Paiste Signature, 602, sound creation and sound formula models, Sabian AA/AAX and HH/ HHX Vault paragon and most signature series, Soultone, Stagg (most), Ufip, Wuhan (most), Zildjian A, K, Z custom Constantinople, Armand series (no sheet cymbals accepted) and all Dream.
The majority of the broken products will be turned into Dream FX cymbals, locally made in Europe.
