Duff McKagan joins Guns N' Roses on stage in London
Guns N' Roses frontman Axl Rose welcomed back former bass guitar player for the group Duff McKagan during a show in London.
The two have not a shared a stage for more than 15 years, but Rose claimed that the reunion was not at all planned.
Gibson reported that he told the London crowd on Thursday October 14th that he ran into McKagan at his hotel, explaining: "There was this guy at the end of my hallway playing all this loud music ... What the [expletive]? Oh - it's Duff."
The bass guitar player joined the current line-up of Guns N' Roses for four songs, including a cover of the Bob Dylan classic Knockin' On Heaven's Door.
But any fans of the iconic rock band hoping to see fellow former member Slash join up with the group are likely to be disappointed, as Rolling Stone quotes Rose as saying there will never be a reunion between the two.
