Fender Introduce Jimi Hendrix Stratocaster Models
Hendrix is synonymous with the electric guitar and is probably the one name people associate with the instruments - such is his status.
Although Jimi's original guitar was left handed, the new Jimi Hendrix stratocasters, that comes in two different finishes; black and olympic white, are right-handed guitars strung upsidedown, mirroring his original guitar.
Fender has maintained key features like the reverse headstock, which has been signed on the back and a reverse-angled bridge pickup.
The Scottsdale, Arizona USA-based guitar manufacturer had initially teased the launch with the hashtag 'Alteryouraxis'. A lot of people on social networks had worked out the hint along with the picture of the iconic Fender logo upside down ahead of the announcement the following day.
