Fender Release New Guitar Tuning App

Fender Tune
Fender Tune
Fender has unveiled their new FREE tuning app that combines a multitude of features to make the process of tuning a guitar that much easier.

For starters Fender Tune features the 'Auto' setting, which responds to the plucking of the guitars string. Fender Tune hears the note and then guides the player towards the correct tuning. To tune manually the player taps a string on the interactive Fender head stock to hear true tone samples. Once the true tone sample is played, the user can then appropriately tune their own guitar to the corresponding notes.

Designed to be used by beginners as well as existing players, the Fender Tune app provides illustrated tips to help new starters quickly and accurately tune their guitar, enabling even the most inexperienced guitarist tune up in minutes.

The app can be used for either electric, acoustic or bass guitars and has a 22 tuning choices in total. The auto chromatic features also let users follow the string by string guide or go chromatic and tune to any note on the scale.

The app is available for download now and can be found here
