The You've Got The Love and Shake It Out group's single initially went to number one last weekend.
According to the Florence + The Machine website, fans will be able to see them in action in the likes of Leeds, Oslo and Columbia soon.
In other singles chart news, Misha B's Home Run went in at number 11, making it the highest new addition to the chart.
Misha B appeared on last year's X Factor, alongside Mercy and Seven Nation Army crooner Marcus Collins and the show's eventual winners, girl group Little Mix. Little Mix's single Wings is due out next month.
They enjoyed a number one with Cannonball last December, a song originally by acoustic guitar player Damien Rice.
