George Harrison guitar solo discovered
The extended piece of music, which didn't make the cut for the single on the Fab Four's penultimate record, was found by Harrison's son Dhani, producer George Martin and his own son Giles.
Martin, otherwise known as the fifth Beatle, a long time producer of the band, said he had forgotten all about the solo guitar piece.
"It's totally different to anything I've ever heard," said Dhani, who himself has gone on to be a musician.
The three men found the piece of music during a visit to Abbey Road studios. They were at a mixing desk playing original master tapes of the single when they got a pleasant surprise.
It is unknown if the guitar solo will be included in any future releases of the track, which went on to be covered by music stars like Nina Simone, Ghost and Peter Tosh.
