Goo Goo Dolls announce UK tour, tickets on sale now
The American rock band will first perform at Rock City, Nottingham on October 15th, before moving on to the Manchester Academy and Glasgow Academy on successive days.
Newcastle Academy is the next stop on October 19th, with the Leeds Academy (20th), Norwich UEA (21st), Birmingham Institute (23rd) and London Hammersmith Apollo (24th) also on the agenda.
Fans are sure to hear tracks from the band's upcoming record Magnetic, which is set for release on June 10th.
This is the band's tenth studio album, and it features 11 songs, including Rebel Beat, Bulletproofangel, When the World Breaks Your Heart and Keep the Car Running.
However, the setlist is also sure to include fan favourites from the Goo Goo Doll's 27-year back catalogue.
Fans will have to wait to see whether the band performs the likes of Iris, a track which initially entered the UK chart at number 50 back in 1998 but went on to peak at number three in 2011.Posted on 31 May 2013 09:30 to category : Band / Celebrity News
