Graham Coxon: Blur album is a definite
Speaking to the Daily Record, Coxon said they have yet to plan rehearsals for their performance at the upcoming Brit awards, where they will pick up the Outstanding Contribution to Music Award, but when they do jam, they will also chat about dates for recording.
"We're always going to meet up and want to play things; we do like recording," the electric guitarist said.
"Eventually, even if things aren't around the corner, Blur will do more recordings together. We all love each other and still like making music so that's not a bad start."
It is rumoured that they could be working with hit producer William Orbit, but nothing has been officially confirmed yet.
He recalled during the interview one time at the Brits where they were sat next to their arch-rivals Oasis, which was made even more awkward by the fact Blur won lots of awards that evening.
Coxon is currently promoting his upcoming solo studio album A+E, which will be released in April.
"The album title could stand for so many things, such as agony and ecstasy," he told the news provider.
"Accident and emergency is what it is called though it could even be the chords A and E, but it's not."
