Green Day confirm UK stadium shows
Green Day have announced that they are coming to the UK next summer to perform two stadium gigs.
Electric guitar player Billie Joe Armstrong and co will be wowing the crowd at Lancashire County Cricket Ground in Manchester on June 16th 2010.
This will be followed three days later by a performance at Wembley Stadium in London.
Green Day will be sure to treat fans to hits such as American Idiot, Redundant, Stuck With Me and Warning.
Ticketholders should also expect to hear material from the band's most recent album 21st Century Breakdown, which was released in May this year.
The announcement comes in the wake of a successful UK tour, which included two dates at the MEN Arena in Manchester and two nights at the O2 in London.
Green Day also performed shows in Birmingham, Sheffield, Belfast and Glasgow.
