Jack Bruce: Cream will not reform
Jack Bruce, the bass guitar player in Cream, has revealed that the legendary group will not be reforming.
The band last played together in 2005 and Bruce told BBC 6 Music that there will not be a repeat of that reunion.
"There's a new story now - Cream is over," the bass guitar player revealed.
But Bruce, who has just published a new biography about his life in music entitled Composing Myself, added that he is keeping himself busy with a mysterious new project.
"I'm doing something very exciting - so much so I can't even talk about it," he said.
"It's the most exciting project I've ever been involved in."
Cream consisted of Bruce, guitarist Eric Clapton and drummer Ginger Baker and are said to be the world's first supergroup.
