Kaiser Chiefs confirmed for Isle of Wight Festival
Electric guitar band Kaiser Chiefs have been booked for the Isle of Wight Festival.
The Yorkshire group will play at the event on Friday June 10th, coming on to the Main Stage ahead of headliners Kings of Leon.
Details of who will be performing on the Garden Stage have also been confirmed, with a special acoustic set due to be given by Tim Burgess and Mark Collins from The Charlatans.
There will be further sets from Andrea Corr, Ian Brodie, James Walsh and Tom McRae.
One act who has pulled out of an appearance at the bash is Tinie Tempah, who had been due to headline the Big Top on the Saturday.
"Huge apologies to my fans, due to conflicting schedule demands I sadly won't be able to play this year's Isle of Wight Festival but look forward to another opportunity in the future," the star explained.
The line up for the event is taking shape, with Foo Fighters, Pulp, Kasabian and Beady Eye all confirmed for slots near the head of the bill.
Other acts who will be appearing over the course of the weekend include We Are Scientists, Iggy and the Stooges, Two Door Cinema Club and Hurts.
