Kasabian rock with LL Cool J on new track
Brit rock superstars Kasabian have surprised fans with the recent announcement that they have collaborated with hip-hop legend LL Cool J on their single Days Are Forgotten.
This musical partnership, which has surprised everyone from fans to industry insiders, will be released as a B-side track to the main version of the same single, which also features another track called Pistols At Dawn.
Known for their stadium-filling indie-rock anthems like Shoot the Runner, Fire and Processed Beats, Kasabian said that they got together with LL Cool J to jam on the record after the rap megastar fell in love with the track.
The tracks is said to be amazing and will cast Kasabian in a totally new light.
It may be related to the fact that the band are undergone something of a transformation in-between their current record and their previous one.
Serge Pizzorno, the band's lead guitarist recently said that their new album was radically different form West Ryder Pauper Lunatic Asylum.
He told NME: "It's heavier than I thought it would be. It squares up to you and doesn't leave you alone. It's really in your face. It's a real jukebox album, just tune after tune, with really strong verses and really strong choruses."
