Electric guitar player Kate Nash is one of a host of names who have been added to the line-up for this summer's T In The Park bill.

Nash, who plays the keyboard as well as the guitar, will be joined at the Scottish event by American band We Are Scientists, acoustic guitar duo Rodrigo y Gabriela and dance act Groove Armada.

Before she plays the Scottish event later this year, Nash is due to undertake a short tour of the UK and Ireland this April.

She is set to play dates in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin.

Other artists who will also play at T In The Park alongside Nash include Shed Seven, The Black Keys and Chipmunk.

T In The Park is to take place at Balado near Kinross between July 9th and 11th 2010.

The headliners for the festival have already been announced as being Kasabian, Muse and Eminem.
