Korg Monotron DUO and Monotron DELAY Synths Released

Korg Monotron DUO & Monotron DELAY Synths Released
Great Deals on Korg Synths
Two new Korg Monotron's have been added to the range, following the incredible success of their diminutive analogue ribbon synthesizer. The Korg Monotron DUO and Korg Monotron DELAY add powerful new features to the astonishing battery powered synth. The Monotron DUO features two oscillators, giving the DUO a totally new dimension and more extreme sound. When in unison the oscillators provide a thick, rich analog tone, whereas as tuned in intervals they achieve all new effects. X-MOD cross modulation capability is taken from Korg's classic Mono/Poly, introducing everything from the extremely metallic to the richness of vibrato. The ribbon controller on the DUO uses the same Scale function used on the Kaossilator, so you can now select Chromatic, Major, Minor or Off to play in precise pitch across the board. The Monotron DELAY adds a Space Echo that is a perfect compliment to the analog sounds on board. Ideal for swoops and cosmic sounds, the Monotron DELAY even captures the pitch changes that occur when delay time is varied, just as if it were a real tape echo. In addition, the LFO on the Monotron DELAY provides a choice of waveshapes, a new square wave plus a triangle wave. Rate and speed can be adjusted independently, while a trim pot on the back can adjust the waves to provide an even greater range. As with the classic Monotron, both the DUO and DELAY include classic VCF filtering the same as the renowned MS-10 and MS-20 synths. The Filter is fully patchable allowing you to add any sound into the mix, before the analog filter, and, in the case of the DUO before the DELAY.
