Labrinth: I've turned down working with US artists
One of the fastest rising urban stars in the UK has revealed his talents have caught the eye of some of the biggest names in music across the Atlantic in the US.
Labrinth, who has worked his musical magical on UK stars like Tinie Tempah and Professor Green, has been inundated with requests to collaborate.
The hit producer, who is also a solo artist himself – comparisons to Kanye West have been made – told the Sun that for now, he is sticking to his UK roots.
Speaking to the newspaper, he said: "I've had millions of offers but I've been busy working on my own album. It's amazing to see what the urban scene is doing over here.
"It's very cool and in the moment. Tinie and Ed Sheeran are doing their thing. They are both great."
He has also been working with Ms Dynamite, producing her comeback single Neva Soft, as the former Mercury Prize winning artist sets her sights on dominating the charts once again.
