Lady Gaga teams up with electric guitar player Brian May
Legendary Queen electric guitarist Brian May is set to collaborate with popstar Lady Gaga on a track for her new album, it has been revealed.
According to the Daily Mirror, the pair will be getting together for Gaga's new track You & I that will on her new album Born This Way that is to be released next month.
The collaboration is something that the pop superstar has wanted to happen for a long time, as she cites Queen frontman Freddie Mercury as her inspiration to get into the recording business in the first place.
"Freddie was unique - one of the biggest personalities in the whole of pop music," she told the publication. "He was not only a singer but a fantastic performer, a man of the theatre, who constantly transformed himself."
Rock guitar hero Slash also looks set to be making a comeback this year, as he has announced he will perform at this year's T in the Park festival.
The former Guns 'n' Roses guitarist will take to the stage on June 9th and join the likes of KT Tunstall, Blondie, Ocean Colour Scene and The Saturdays on the bill.
