Lana Del Rey admits she doesn't like her hit video

Rising popstar Lana Del Rey feels her lips are too pouty in the video that made her name.
Lana Del Ray says her lips are too pouty
Rising star Lana Del Rey has admitted she isn't a big fan of her breakthrough video to her hit tune Video Games because she is too pouty in it.

Lizzie Grant as she is known in real life – her stage name is a mix between classic Hollywood actress Lana Turner and the Ford Del Rey – told the Daily Star that she had little expectation that the song would be such a big hit.

"Had I known so many people were going to watch the video, I'd have put some more effort into it," she said.

"I would have got my hair and make-up done and tried not to be so pouty, seeing as everyone talks about my face all the time. And I'd have put more of a storyline into it."

In a revealing interview, the singer-songwriter, who is expected to make it really big in 2012, admitted that she's not really a fan of modern-music. From the age of 19, she's been listening to the classics.

"That's where I found Bob Dylan, Frank Sinatra, Jeff Buckley, Leonard Cohen – my masters – and I've never really listened to anything else since," she told the newspaper.
