Laura Marling to play series of "immersive" London shows
The singer has teamed up with Secret Cinema, who create themed film nights, to promote her upcoming album, Once I Was An Eagle, which is due for release on May 27th.
Secret Cinema have promised to "bring to life" Marling's fourth studio album in a series of live shows that will take place at a secret location in east London from June 13th to 21st.
Artists and musicians are being invited to help "build the world" as part of the events which will be a truly interesting spectacle for all that attend.
A press release for the Secret Cinema shows read: "Featuring a live performance by Laura [Marling], audiences will travel through a secret world of the album that will be layered across the building, breathing life into lyrics, where they are invited to become a part of the performance."
One I Was An Eagle represents Marling's fourth album in five years and is the follow-up to 2011's A Creature I Don't Know.
Tickets for the events go on at 13:00 BST on May 23rd and more information can be found at the Secret Cinema's Facebook page.
