Liam Gallagher likes Lady Gaga because she plays music instruments
Liam Gallagher has admitted that he likes Lady Gaga because she plays music instruments.
The Beady Eye singer and former Oasis frontman gave his seal of approval to the controversial pop singer, who is famous for her outlandish high-fashion outfits. She is best known for playing the piano.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Gallagher said: "She’s great. Seriously, man, we like her. I like her.
She can play instruments. She can sing. She can dance. She’s weird. She’s shocking people. I like her. I like the Gaga, man."
Not shy of controversy, he recently told the News of the World that he would never again play at the popular Glastonbury Festival because of the poor sound quality.
In 2008, Jay-Z famously opened up his 2008 Glastonbury headline performance with Wonderwall after both Liam and Noel voiced their disapproval of his selection as the main act.
Gallagher, who has his own clothes label Pretty Green, is no stranger to musical instruments himself. He can play the acoustic guitar, which he showed off on the Oasis tune Songbird, as well as the tambourine, which he often plays on stage.
