MGMT to hold UK and Ireland tour
Electric guitar duo MGMT are to play a series of dates around the UK and Ireland later this year.
The pair will visit these shores in the autumn, with the first date seeing the band play the Dublin Olympia on September 16th 2010.
Further shows will then take place in Glasgow, Birmingham, Bournemouth and Manchester.
MGMT will wrap up their tour with two successive nights at the Brixton Academy in London on September 29th and 30th.
Fans will hope the band play hits such as Electric Feel, Time to Pretend and Kids from their first album, along with tracks from new record Congratulations, which is to be released on April 12th.
Tickets for the shows go on sale on April 7th.
