Musician makes appeal for drum kit
Larry Peterson, who was born in New-Zealand, woke up to find his drum kit had been stolen from his van, reported the Enfield Independent.
Mr Peterson, who has played drums for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath, said the instruments were special to him and without them he was out of a job
Speaking to the news provider, he said: "Even with the help of my sponsors it's going to cost me £2,000 to replace everything, but it's unique and it's been with me to Russia and South America and has special meaning.
"Even the cases have got all kinds of stickers on from all over the world and from the different bands I've worked with – it's so much more than just a drum kit."
Meanwhile, a young musician in Australia is appealing for people to look out for his 150-year-old violin – that he left on the bus.
Stuart Graham forgot to pick it up after leaving the bus.
