Musikmesse 2016: Dreadbox FX Introduce the new Drips Drum Module
Drips is a complete synthesizer, which is made in such a way that it can articulate most drum sounds such as kick, snare, hi hats and a clap with a variety of different parameters to sculpt your synthesized sound.
The module is self generating and can make its own clock via the tap tempo, however, you set up an external tempo from other products in collaboration with the Drips drum module, if you wish. Users can select either a square or a sine wave for the basis of their synthesis. An envelope filter can also control the VCOs and VCF.
The VCF has three modes - low pass, band pass and high pass as well as a mixer that can introduce white noise to the overall drum module sound. You can also set up numerous Drips modules to help create a more in-depth drum sound.
The Dreadbox FX Drips drum module is expected to be available from July 2016.
