My Chemical Romance to play UK arena shows
My Chemical Romance are going to be in the UK and Ireland next year as part of their World Contamination tour.
The electric guitar band will kick off the run of shows on February 12th at Wembley Arena in London, moving on to play arenas in Birmingham, Glasgow, Dublin and Manchester. Gigs will also take place in Nottingham and Cardiff before the British leg of their tour draws to a close in Newcastle's Metro Radio Arena on February 22nd.
My Chemical Romance will then head off for a series of dates across North America, with the extensive gig run not coming to a close until the last week of May 2011, when the group will perform at the Hollywood Palladium.
Last week, the band released their latest record, entitled Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, which managed to make it to 14th position in the UK album chart.
