Myleene Klass buys daughter violin for her fourth birthday
Myleene Klass has bought her four-year-old daughter a violin for her birthday, which has surprised many fans given that she is known for her classical piano skills.
However, the music star and TV presenter actually started playing the violin herself at the same age as her daughter Ava, after her granddad left her the music instrument in his will.
It was around this time that the multitalented artist began playing the piano for which she is best known, and then, six years later, she took up the harp.
Klass posted an image on the social networking site Twitter followed by the words: "Ava's fourth birthday pressie. Goodbye neighbours."
Klass is now a firm fixture on TV having first risen to fame in 2001 when she became part of Hear'Say, the first proper publicly "manufactured" pop band.
Though it looked like her career had hit a brick wall after the band fell apart in spectacular fashion, she managed to pick up the bricks and rebuild her public life.
She has since gone onto have a successful TV and modelling career, as well as a thriving job as a DJ.
Klass was recently snapped out with her daughter in matching floral pumps.
