NAMM 2013: Casio Privia PX-5S Stage Piano is Unveiled!
The PX-5S Stage Piano will feature 88 Scaled Hammer Action keys, unprecedented sound quality and an extremely portable design.
Weighing only 24 lbs, the latest Privia is ready to take the stage. Redefining the concept of a stage piano, the PX-5S holds a multitude of sounds and creative tools in its compact body.
The PX-5S features award-winning grand piano sounds and newly developed sounds such as the classic electric piano, harpsichord and clav sounds.
The PX-5S is also a powerful four-zone controller. Four knobs and six sliders are all available to configure, allowing you to control the exact internal sounds and effects you need for your performance, or control external gear.
Powered by AiR Sound Source technology, the latest Privia provides incredibly realistic and detailed expression.
As well as many effects, 256 note polyphony and the ability to record, the PX-5S also features a phrase sequencer and arpeggiator.
