NAMM 2013: Stay in tune with Korg at NAMM
The new bunch of handy accessories includes the CM-200 Clip-On Contact Microphone. The Piezo element directly captures the vibrations from your instrument and sends them to your tuner, great for musicians playing as part of an ensemble, whether they play strings or brass.
The CM-200 will be sold separately, but will be available bundled with Korg's new Combo Tuner. The TM-50C features a highly-responsive LCD needle-type meter, memory backup, useful Auto Power off and Sound Out and Sound Back function which are great for ear-training.
Another addition to Korg's family of tuners are the HeadTune Clip-On series. These fun and functional tuners are designed to look like the headstock of your guitar, available in Guitar, Bass and Ukulele. These also offer a built-in piezo pickup and make tuning easy for beginners with note names appearing on the tuner and an LED which tells you which string to tune.
The PitchBlack Portable tuner is a polyphonic tuner offering speedy and accurate tuning for your guitar or bass. Even when playing all open strings at once, PitchBlack will identify the string that needs tuning. This means it's an essential for guitarists whose axe has a floating tremolo. It even has a useful built-in cable checker, capo and drop-D tuning.
