Roland launch new entry-level Digital Piano and Handsonic Percussion Pad
Roland have revealed the F-20, a new entry-level Digital Piano and a new version of the Handsonic Percussion Pad.

The F-20 will be available in Contemporary Black and Dark Walnut Finishes, with optional matching stands available.

The new F-20 Digital Pianos provide a solid foundation for learning, with onboard features including an intelligent rhythm function and dual/split.

Although this is an affordable entry-level model, Roland have not skimped on everything you'd expect from a high-end Roland Digital Piano such as Ivory Feel-G Keyboard with Escapement and SuperNATURAL Sound Engine, providing the tone of an acoustic grand piano.

The F-20 is compatible with Roland's free piano apps for iPhone, iPad or iPad touch, helping players develop music reading and listening skills.

Next in the new lineup is the new version of the Handsonic Percussion Pad. This powerful hand percussion instrument is ideal for both liver performance and music production in the studio.

The pad contains an astonishing 850 drum and percussion sounds, along with melodic instruments and tones for making modern electronic tunes.

The 13 silicone rubber pads are ultra-sensitive with velocity response and a comfortable feel. Other controls include a Roll button and Realtime Modify knob, plus a D-BEAM for controlling effects with hand movements.

There and inputs for connecting a Roland pad and hi-hat controller, so you can build your own super-compact drum kit.
