Nicki Minaj blasted
Nicki Minaj has been blasted by Example.
The 'Changed the Way You Kiss Me' singer can't understand why the Trinidadian rapper is so popular, insisting her material does not match the level of hype she has received.
He said: "I really don't like her and I'm not a fan of her album. I don't like these people who are hyped up and then their stuff is f***ing g*sh.
"The only respect I have for her is that she's a woman who's done well for herself in the rap industry, so fair play to her for that. Even though she obviously blagged it."
While Example - real name Elliot Gleave - isn't a fan of Nicki he has a lot of respect for British singer Adele.
He said: "She's amazing on stage. I'm all about the energy in shows and she's got it.
"She's one of the few performers where you can just sit there and enjoy it."Posted on 6 Jun 2011 08:30 to category : Music News
