Noah and the Whale announce new album details and tour dates
Indie band Noah and the Whale will be taking their musical instruments around the UK and Ireland in spring in support of their new album Last Night on Earth.
The group have revealed the record will be released in March 2011, with a number of live shows set to take place shortly afterwards, reports NME.
They will play a series of intimate gigs, kicking off with a performance at Manchester's Deaf Institute on March 30th.
Further shows are then planned for Leeds, Glasgow, Dublin and Bristol in the first few days of April.
Noah and the Whale's new album was recorded in Los Angeles and London and is a follow-up to the critically acclaimed The First Days of Spring.
Prior to the full UK tour, the band are set to play at Bush Hall in London on January 26th, while they have also been booked to perform at the NME Awards taking place on February 17th.
