Noah and the Whale announce new album release date
Fans of indie guitar group Noah and the Whale can look forward to new material from them soon.
The band have announced via their official website that a third record will be out in March 2011.
It will be the follow-up to the critically-acclaimed The First Days of Spring, which came out last year and detailed the break-up of lead singer Charlie Fink and fellow songwriter Laura Marling, who was once a member of Noah and the Whale, reports NME.
"The band have changed their website so that all is displayed is a black and white photo of a speaker with a figure of comic book character Tintin standing next to it," noted the news provider.
It added that Fink is also working on First Days: A Film about Noah and the Whale, which is a documentary charting the progress of the folk group so far.
