Oasis to Reform for 20th Anniversary of Definitely Maybe?
The Beady Eye frontman told the NME that he would be interested in getting the old band back together to honour their debut album despite admitting that he is not on speaking terms with brother Noel.
Oasis split up in 2009 following a bust-up between the Gallagher siblings prior to a headline show at Rock en Seine festival in Paris.
Since then Liam has gone on to form Beady Eye, which are due to release their second studio album BE on June 10th, while Noel went solo to create Noel Gallagher and the High Flying Birds playing a string of sell-out arena shows in the UK.
However, Liam told NME that he would consider a reunion: "If we do, it'd be nice to do that thing that's coming up [the 20th anniversary] I'd be up for that. But I'd still go back to Beady Eye and Noel would go back to his thing. We could bury the hatchet for a quick lap of honour."
