The new Orange Crush 35LDX guitar amp has scored well in a recent review from Guitar & Bass Magazine.

The Crush 35LDX is a new 35 watt combo amp from Orange with 16 digital effects, headphone and line outputs, an auxiliary input and integral tuner.

As expected with Orange Amplifiers, the build quality is top-notch and the Crush 35LDX will serve well for rehearsals and small gigs.

According to Guitar & Bass Magazine, "the big deal is the 35LDXs range of 16 digital effects" including Flanger, Chorus, Tremelo, Vibrato and Reverb.

The 35LDX has an impressive set of features for such a small amplifier, but it was more than this that impressed the reviewer at Guitar & Bass Magazine:

"This little amp has a lot going for it. The basic tone is pleasing in a warm and surprisingly valvey sort of way and the new digital effects integrate particularly well with the analogue circuitry."

To summarise, the reviewer wrote that the Crush 35LDX "could be ideal if you're looking for an affordable amp that's easy to operate, has a selection of useful and decent sounding effects and a mellow, vintage-style tone that covers clean and mild overdrive duties".
