Orange Tiny Terror Amp Praised
Orange Tiny Terror hard wired edition scored an impressive 4.5/5 stars this month in the monthly guitar buyer magazine.
A UK manufactured, point to point, all hand wired amp offering a step up on the already legendary Tiny Terror with a wider frequency response to give the amp more bite and punch.
The valve head amp is "15 watts, switch able to 7 watts and features gain, tone, master volume and 3 x speaker outputs".
Also features 'carbon comp' resistors & 'mustard capacitors' it also comes with a special padded leather gig bag.
A single input jack sits alongside controls for gain, tone and master volume, and the front panel also features and on/off switch as well as a three-way toggle.
The latter features a standby setting in its middle position and selects either 7 or 15 watts of output when switched up or down.
Besides a fuse socket and main input round the back there are three speaker outputs, two of which cater for 8-ohm loads, with the final jack offering connection to a 16-ohm cab.
Overall the Orange Tiny Terror Hard Wired edition amp is "a well made, fantastic-sounding and very portable valve amp ideal for classic rock electric guitar players in particular" with an impressively small price tag.
