Paloma Faith seeking new guitar player
A new electric guitar player is being sought for Paloma Faith's backing band.
The singer's management is to hold auditions for the job on November 11th, with both male and female musicians welcome to apply, reports the Gibson website.
Guitarists interested in trying out for the role are required to be confident players, capable of producing a range of musical styles, including rock, jazz, soul and pop.
Faith is a rising star in the world of music, with her debut record Do You Want Something Beautiful? managing to stay in the top 40 of the British album charts for 30 weeks after it was released last year.
The singer is currently on tour around the UK and is set to play gigs in Edinburgh, Plymouth, Leicester, Portsmouth and London this month.
In December, Faith is scheduled to perform a special show at the Barbican Centre in London with the Guy Barker Orchestra.
