Propellerhead's Reason and Record Now Integrate with Novation's Automap
This latest update (version 3.3) has created new possibilities for users of Propellerhead Software, as Reason and Record can now be fully controlled by Automap-enabled hardware.
Automap works between your Novation controller and your DAW software, communicating with your plug-ins.
This allows you to have instant control of your instruments and effects as well as control of all major sequencers / DAW's through your Novation hardware.
Mats Karlf from Propellerhead stated that "Novation was the first hardware manufacturer to explore the deeper possibilities of Propellerhead's Remote protocol and the result is one of the best examples of integration that we have seen."
This latest update is available as a free download from Novation's website.
