Rage Against The Machine rule out new material
Morello told Billboard that the quartet had "no plans" in place to head back to the studio but revealed that a 20th anniversary reissue of their self-titled album would be released on November 26th.
The reissue entitled Rage Against The Machine – XX contains a remastered version of the original album, demos as well as footage from their iconic celebratory show at London's Finsbury Park.
"It doesn't feel like 20 years, but at the same time it's sobering that it is. There's no crystal ball that we could've looked into when we were writing these songs in 1991 that would have told us we'd be talking about this record over two decades later," Morello told the news provider.
Rage famously beat X Factor's Joe McElderry to the Christmas number one in 2009 after a huge online campaign got their classic Killing In The Name track to land the coveted top spot, marking a change from conventional manufactured bands taking the acclaim.
