Robbie Williams "can't wait for" Jubilee gig
The Rock DJ singer is going to be heading to Buckingham Palace for a special gig on that date and he says that he "can't wait for the show", according to his online site.
Gary Barlow, also quoted on Robbie's site, says that he "can't wait" for the occasion either.
On the site, Gary hails the "world class" nature of those who will be on stage for the gig, which he has helped to arrange. It has been organised for Elizabeth II's Diamond Jubilee.
X Factor judge and singer Gary Barlow and Robbie Williams are both members of the boy band Take That, which first came to fame in the 1990s and also features Mark Owen, Howard Donald and Jason Orange. The band's songs include numbers such as Patience, Never Forget and Pray.
Robbie, who is soon going to become a father for the first time, has quipped of his forthcoming Jubilee music gig on RobbieWilliams.com: "If this doesn't get me a knighthood, nothing will."
