Robyn chilled with Snoop
Robyn loved working with Snoop Dogg because he was "down to earth".
The Swedish singer - who collaborated with Snoop on the track 'U Should Know Better' for her new album 'Body Talk Pt.2' - found the rapper to be very easy and unpretentious to work with.
She said: "It was fun. I'm a big fan and I have been since I was a little kid - it was definitely a dream come true.
"It was everything I wanted it to be, Snoop was just super cool and super down to earth and really funny which was good. I had a lot of ideas and he was super open to discussion.
"That's why we decided to work together we just hooked up and talked about music."
Robyn also told how she was very nervous to perform her own version of Bjork's 'Hyperballad' at a Swedish award ceremony, which was attended by the Icelandic singer, who later told her she was impressed with her version of the track.
She added to website Gigwise.com: "Bjork really liked it. She told me that she was blown away by the whole evening and that she felt really honoured and happy about it all. That was nice because I was very, very nervous."
Robyn's sixth studio album 'Body Talk Pt.2' was released on Monday (13.09.10).Posted on 14 Sep 2010 16:30 to category : Music News
