Rod Stewart hints at Faces reunion
Stewart, who is one of the best selling artists of all time, told Rolling Stone that he'd happily join up with the current line-up of the cult English rock band.
"Oh, yeah! I'd love it. If they're all available I'll definitely make myself available," he said when asked if he would perform with them again.
The Faces is known for its amazing line up of stars whose reach and influence in music in unprecedented.
Ronnie Wood went on to play for the Rolling Stones, Kenney Jones played on the drums for The Who, Mick Hucknall of Simply Red fame is the current frontman and Glen Matlock hailed from the Sex Pistols.
“We're sort of partly to blame for that," Stewart told the magazine, explaining why the Faces are often under-appreciated.
“It was a very fleeting existence. It was all over in four years, five at the most. It would be nice to get the appreciation."
